Robin Brown, chief executive, senior vice president at Scripps Green Hospital, has more than 30 years of health care experience and has worked at Scripps Health in a variety of roles for the past 20 years.
Robin was selected as the chief executive for the 173-bed Scripps Green Hospital in 2000 and considers his current role to be both the most challenging and rewarding position of his career. Since his appointment, Brown has led his team to achieve outstanding success in terms of clinical outcomes, financial performance, employee satisfaction, and customer service.
Brown’s core philosophy is based on the belief that success in any area is dependent on the quality of the people behind it.
