Scripps Encinitas 354 Campaign

Expanding to Meet the Health Care Needs of North County

During the past five years, many generous families have stepped forward to lend their time and generosity to the Campaign of Scripps Encinitas, a historical fundraising effort to expand emergency and critical care services for North County families.

Phase I of the campaign successfully met its goal of $38 million, which will help support construction of a new 62,000-square-foot critical care building that includes 27 emergency department beds and 36 medical/surgical private patient rooms.

Thank you to our 354 Campaign supporters

Vital to the success of Phase I was the 354 Campaign. Named after the street address of the hospital, this $1 million yearlong grassroots effort focused on smaller donations to the Campaign for Scripps Encinitas.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Scripps Encinitas Community Advisory Board and the Circle of Life 100 (an auxiliary group dedicated to fundraising for the hospital), the 354 Campaign met its goal. These gifts will be recognized on a tree-lined walkway leading to and from the new emergency department.

Next Steps: Phase II

Continued philanthropic support is vital to support our expansion and meet the growing health care needs of our community. With the successful completion of Phase I of the campaign, we now turn our attention to Phase II of this historic fundraising effort.
