Director, Imaging Services
Responsible for direction and coordination of the activities and functions of Imaging Services and the hospital based departments of radiology (IR, CT).
Responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned areas providing functional expertise essential to support of department operations. Develops and monitors budget in assigned areas.
Develops and maintains standards of practice and process improvement activities.
Determines staffing matrices and possesses authority to hire, conduct performance evaluations, discipline and terminate employees.
Provides policy & procedure formation for guiding and supporting the provisions of the service/department.
Develops capital requests and oversees project implementation.

Manager,Imaging Services
The Imaging Services Manager works under the supervision of the Administrative Director.
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of his/her assigned area, and works collaboratively with the other hospital services, medical staff and administration to ensure that quality patient care is delivered.
Duties include hiring, evaluation, and counseling of personnel, setting standards for patient care, developing a safe, professional environment, allocating and managing department resources, and providing direct patient care as needed.
