Advanced Practice Nurse
The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) demonstrates knowledge and expertise through involvement in clinical consultation and direct patient care.
Within this position, the APN will assess and improve the patient care process for a defined population along the continuum of care and serve as an expert clinical resource ensuring quality of care customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that evidence based practice is implemented and understood by the patient care staff.

Clinical Nurse Specialist
As a CNS, you will assume clinical leadership responsibilities for patient care and nursing practice being active in clinical program planning.
The primary focus of this position is the enhancement of expert nursing practice. Evaluates clinical practice for patient care and monitors the standards of practice.
Provides the use of evidence-based resources and fosters evidenced based practices, utilizes change and system theories to promote organizational improvements.

Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides clinical expertise to patients and their families on an ongoing basis.
Provides input into the development of care practice algorithms and protocols.
Coordinates, directs, and participates in the care of the patient, acting as resource, and clinical expert to staff, throughout the care continueum.
Collaborates with physicians, and acts as liaison to team members to assure maintenance of patient care standards and continuity of care. Participates in educating patients and families, participates in education programs for nursing staff.
