Manager, Clinical Quality Informatics
The Clinical Quality Informatics Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the Quality Data and Informatics program to include budgeting, personnel management, program execution and program delivery.
Responsible and accountable for achieving PI program objectives.
Plans, directs, controls and reports on PI program data and informatics issues and execution of information plans.
Serves as the hospital’s key resource in regards to data availability, reliability, validity and statistical methods.
Develops outcome based performance improvement programs for specific patient populations.
Provides leadership and supervision to a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Clinical Data Analyst RN’s and Information Analysts.

Manager, Ongoing Readiness
This highly visible management level position is responsible for overall preparation and coordination for regulatory and integrity compliance as well as specific performance of the hospital in the Quality Strategic Plan clinical measures.
Ensures ongoing regulatory readiness.
Works collaboratively with senior leaders, admin directors, and department directors to assist in preparation for regulatory surveys such as the JCAHO and State Department of Health.
Leads the ongoing regulatory readiness process and ensures that the requirements and expectations of the Joint Commission, DHS, and title XXII are fulfilled.

Registered Nurse-Clinical Data Analyst
The Clinical Data Analyst abstracts data for databases required by the organization to support public reporting of clinical outcomes.
Assists with cleaning/conversion of database files and programming of data files to support extracts required by multiple vendors.
Assists in the analysis of data and preparation/coordination of reports as needed.
