Wednesdays and Saturdays 9:30 – 10:20 a.m.
A safe and effective aquatic workout for women who are more than twelve weeks pregnant and want to stay active and fit during pregnancy. Medical clearance and preregistration is required.
Cost
The cost is $70 per month (includes 4 weekly prenatal classes, plus membership to the fitness facility) or $15 per class (discounts available when multiple classes are purchased).
