Visiting Your Friends and Family in the Hospital
Visitors can be good medicine for patients in the hospital. However, patient safety and quality of care are of utmost importance at Scripps Health. With that in mind, there are times when a patient’s visitors may need to be limited.
General visiting hours are 8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m., but may vary depending on the unit. Please call the hospital for specific times and restrictions.
Flu season visitation guidelines
In an effort to protect patients and staff from the flu, Scripps Health is putting a number of interim visitor restrictions in place at its five hospital campuses in San Diego County.
