Visiting Hours

At Scripps Green Hospital, we know how important family and friends can be in the healing process. If your loved one is hospitalized, a visit can provide much needed support and comfort.

Most patient care units allow visitors between 10 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. However, hours may be adjusted based on the patient’s needs or wishes. For security reasons, the main entrance of the hospital is locked from 9 p.m. – 5 a.m.

Intensive care

In the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), visiting hours vary based on the individual needs of the patient. Family and friends will not be permitted from 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and again from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Please speak with a physician or nurse for more information about the visitation policy in the ICU.
