Community Benefit at Scripps Mercy Hospital provides the highest quality of service in the most efficient manner while maintaining the utmost respect for both our patients and staff.Our goal is to make a measurable impact on the health status of the community through improved access to care, health improvement programs, and professional education and research.Some of these activities include community health education, support groups, services for elders, health professionals training, youth into health careers activities, job training and placement.
