About Us
The Division of Cardiology at Scripps Clinic is part of our multi-specialty Heart, Lung and Vascular Center, which also includes the divisions of chest medicine, cardiac surgery, and peripheral vascular diseases. These specialty groups are housed together at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines, with quick access to the ICU, operating rooms, and cardiac patient rooms in Scripps Green Hospital. This close proximity allows for easier collaboration among physicians, and provides patients quick access to other specialists, surgeons, or clinical areas when additional care is required.
Although our cardiologists are based at the Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines and Scripps Green Hospital campus in La Jolla, they also practice at several Scripps Clinic locations throughout the greater San Diego area, including Carmel Valley, Encinitas, Rancho Bernardo, and Rancho San Diego.
