We are your “go to” doctors — the primary care physicians you see for yearly check-ups, preventive health screenings, wellness information, lab tests, urgent care and radiology services.

With offices from Oceanside to Eastlake, and more than 100 physicians, Scripps Coastal provides excellent care when you need it most — the same day or the same week, with evenings available at some locations. If necessary, we’ll recommend a specialist from our extensive network of Scripps providers to help you manage more challenging conditions.

We also offer urgent care in North County, after-hours pediatric services at some locations and laboratory locations throughout San Diego.
