Scripps leaders share their approach to reducing costs and improving quality
HealthLeaders Magazine recently interviewed Scripps President & CEO Chris Van Gorder along with several other Scripps leaders for a case study on the health system’s approach to reducing costs and improving quality throughout the system.
In the resulting article, Scripps leaders discuss how the organization was turned on its side, clinical and administrative teams were formed, how lean processes are being implemented and what that’s all meant for the organization.
The article, which is no longer available online, appeared in the December 2014 issue of HealthLeaders Magazine.
