Scripps Health Chief Academic Officer Eric Topol, MD, offered his review of the top technology advances in medicine in a recent column published by Medscape.
Topol, who is a Scripps Clinic cardiologist and editor-in-chief of Medscape, highlighted a wide range of headline grabbers from the past year, including 3D printing, genome editing, smartphone diagnosis and a massive effort to gather cancer data.
