A member of the Division of Cardiology at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines, Dr. Kaback received her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. She completed both an internship and residency in internal medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. There, she also completed a fellowship in heart failure/heart transplant. Dr. Kaback finished a second fellowship in cardiology at Scripps Clinic. Prior to medical school she was a research assistant in the department of physiology at Columbia University in New York.
