Theodore Folkerth, MD

Dr. Folkerth was board certified in Surgery in 1972. He was also board certified in Thoracic Surgery in 1974. Dr. Folkerth received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1965. He served his internship specializing in Rotating at the Naval Hospital in Philadelphia and served his residency specializing in General & Thoracic Surgery at the Naval Hospital in San Diego. He also completed his fellowship at Children’s Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts in Surgery of Congenital Heart.
