Anupam Garg, MD, MPH

Anupam Garg, MD, MPH, received his medical degree and his master’s degree in public health at New York Medical College. He completed an internship and a residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he received awards for Best Teaching Resident and for Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures.

Dr.Garg is committed to providing individualized and compassionate care to his patients. He believes in working closely with each patient to help choose the treatment that best suits their needs. He specializes in low-risk and high-risk obstetrics and complete gynecologic care. Dr. Garg also specializes in minimally invasive surgical procedures, including laparoscopy and Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery for treating benign tumors of the uterus and ovaries (including uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts) as well as for endometriosis, pelvic pain and abnormal uterine bleeding. These minimally invasive surgical procedures may provide less trauma to the patient as well as shorter recovery time. In his free time, Dr.Garg enjoys spending time with his wife and son, as well as exercising and playing tennis, racquetball and golf.
