Richard Leung, MD

Dr. Leung received his medical degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland. He completed an internship in general surgery at the University of California San Diego Medical Center, a residency in ophthalmology at Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center and a research fellowship in ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins University’s Wilmer Ophthalmologic Institute.

Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Leung has been practicing medicine for over 15 years. He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the International Society of Refractive Surgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Leung has authored numerous articles and been an invited presenter at many medical conferences on topics related to ophthalmology.
