Sandra Petersen, MD

A member of the Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Del Mar and San Diego, Dr. Petersen received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. Her internship in obstetrics and gynecology was served at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan, and she served her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Naval Hospital in San Diego. She has also been a clinical instructor for the Department of Reproductive Medicine at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) and the chairperson for the OB/GYN Department at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
