Richard Saik, MD
A member of the Division of General Surgery & Organ Transplantation, Dr. Saik is a graduate of Yale University and Yale Medical School, with a surgical residency and internship done at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He has been a member of Scripps Clinic since 1985, and currently is most active as a breast cancer surgeon. He also has interests in gastroenterology and endocrine surgery and is a member of many national and international societies relating to surgery on the digestive tract. He also performs laparoscopic surgery of the biliary tract and has been involved as a clinical professor of surgery at the University of California, San Diego.
