Laurence Shapiro, MD

An urgent care provider at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines, Laurence Shapiro M.D. has more than a decade of experience in emergency medicine. He received his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn and his undergraduate degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York. He completed an internship and residency in primary care and internal medicine at the University of California, Irvine – where he now serves as a clinical instructor.
