Allergist and immunologist, Ronald Simon, MD, has a special clinical interest in aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD), allergic drug reactions and desensitization, allergic reactions to foods and food additives, and the role of supraesophageal reflux disease (SERD) in rhinosinusitis (nose & sinus problems) and asthma
Dr. Simon is a regularly invited national and international speaker on a wide variety of topics in allergy and asthma and has been selected as one of the “Best Doctors in America” by US News & World Report since 2000.
Dr. Simon is also very active in the allergy and immunology community and has held numerous national committee positions. For two years he was the co-chairman of the Food and Drug Administration Committee on adverse reactions to food constituents. He has also contributed more than 160 publications in medical literature on various topics of allergy, asthma, and immunology.
