Dr. Smoot has been practicing medicine since 1979 and was board certified in Plastic Surgery in 1980. Dr. Smoot received his medical degree from the University of Utah in 1970. He served his internship specializing in Surgical at UCSD Medical Center and served his residency specializing in General Surgery at UCSD Medical Center.
