James Usselman, MD

Vice-chairman of the Department of Radiology at Torrey Pines and Head of Radiology at regional sites, Dr. Usselman received his medical degree Georgetown University School of Medicine and served his internship and residency at U.S. Naval Hospitals in Massachusetts, Maryland and San Diego. At Scripps Clinic since 1971, Dr. Usselman is a clinical associate professor of radiology at the University of California, San Diego and a lecturer at the San Diego Naval Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology and American Board of Nuclear Medicine and is a member of the American College of Radiology and the American Roentgen Ray Society. Since 1985, Dr. Usselman has been a reviewer for the American Journal of Roentgenology.
