Kris VanLom, MD

Dr. Van Lom was board certified in Radiology in 1989. He received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1984, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Van Lom served his internship at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in San Diego and served his residency specializing in Radiology at UCSD Medical Center. He gained subspecialty training in MRI at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology affiliated with Barnes Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. Since 2000, Dr. Van Lom served as Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. In 2008, he became Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas.
