Eric Yu, MD

Dr. Yu is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon who has been in the private practice of orthopedic surgery since 1982.

Dr. Yu earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

He received his internship in General Surgery at the University of California Medical Center in San Diego and his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the same institution.

Dr. Yu currently holds an appointment as an Assistant Clinical Professor in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of California School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr. Yu strongly believes that in addition to quality medical care, communication and mutual trust between the physician and patient are equally important.
