Dayna Arnstein, MD

Dayna Arnstein, MD, believes that in order to provide extraordinary care it is important to listen closely to her patients and work as a team towards the common goal of good health. She also strives to inspire hope and positivity during times of challenge.

Dr. Arnstein received a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and attended medical school at the University of California, San Diego. She joined Scripps in 1993 and has since been selected several times as one of the San Diego’s Top Doctors. Dr. Arnstein has a special interest in women’s health and sports medicine. In her spare time she enjoys sailing and playing tennis.
