A member of the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at Scripps Clinic, Dr. Adam Whitman received a medical degree from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in biological engineering from Cornell University. He completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at University of California, San Diego. Dr. Whitman is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. Before joining Scripps Clinic, he served as the assistant director for the Urgent Care Department at Rady Children’s Hospital. He is the father of two children.
