Dr. Cohen cares for patients with arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation and flutter, ventricular tachycardia (VT), supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), and Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome both medically and with a minimally invasive procedure called catheter ablation.
He has expertise in treating atrial fibrillation with Cryoablation, a procedure which utilizes a specialized hypothermic balloon to isolate the electrical cells which cause atrial fibrillation. Dr. Cohen further treats arrhythmias with the implantation of cardiac devices including pacemakers and defibrillators, in addition to chronic resynchronization therapy (CRT) for the treatment of patients with heart failure.
