Biography

As a family medicine specialist, Edward Ferrer, MD, provides comprehensive primary care, focusing on preventive medicine. He has expertise in managing and treating adult chronic diseases, as well as in performing minor surgeries and joint injections.


He believes that knowledge is power and seeks to provide his patients with the tools necessary to take charge of their health.


A former Marine Corps infantryman, Dr. Ferrer participated in Operation Desert Storm in 1991 and credits his four years in the Marine Corps with inspiring him to become a physician. In his spare time, Dr. Ferrer enjoys watching soccer, listening to Spanish rock, drawing and dancing with his twin daughters.
