Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pops Recipe

This is a fantastic low fat, low calorie recipe that is great for a dessert or snack. Frozen yogurt fruit pops are easy to make. Just mix the yogurt, apple juice and blueberries together and freeze.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz fat free no sugar added strawberry yogurt
  • 4 oz apple juice
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together and pour into Popsicle molds. Freeze until solidified.
