Spicy Grilled Shrimp Recipe

This fast and easy grilled shrimp recipe is delicious and can be served as an appetizer or a zesty side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

  1. Preheat grill for medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey. Add in minced garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika and stir together. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Spray grill grate with cooking spray. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
