Blueberry and Peach Crisp Recipe

Combine blueberries and ripe peaches to create this easy, healthy and cholesterol free dessert. Freshen up the recipe each time you make it by adding different berries to this classic dessert recipe.

Ingredients

    • 4 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
    • 1 cup fresh blueberries
    • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
    • 2 Tbsp orange juice
    • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    • 1 cup Honey Nut Clusters® cereal, slightly crushed
    • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

    1. Heat oven to 375°. Spray bottom and sides of squarebaking dish (8x8x2 inches) or rectangular baking dish(11x7x11/2 inches) with cooking spray.
    2. Place peaches and blueberries in baking dish. Mixbrown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon and nutmeg insmall bowl; drizzle over fruit.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with crushed cerealand walnuts. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or untilpeaches are tender when pierced with a fork. Servewarm or cold.
