Try this high fiber, low cholesterol breakfast smoothie that’s good for your heart
Ingredients

- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- 2 tsp rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed frozen fruit*
- 1 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
Directions

- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until themixture is smooth. Pour into a cup to serve.
