Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Try this high fiber, low cholesterol breakfast smoothie that’s good for your heart

Ingredients

    • 2 tsp almonds
    • 2 tsp flaxseeds
    • 2 tsp rolled oats
    • 1 cup mixed frozen fruit*
    • 1 cup nonfat milk or soy milk

Directions

    1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until themixture is smooth. Pour into a cup to serve.
