Souped Up Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup dry oatmeal, plain
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 Tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, oatmeal and brown sugar and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oatmeal is softened. Add wheat germ, raisins, almonds and blueberries and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
