Oriental Marinade Recipe

This cholesterol free marinade adds great flavor, without the calories and fat, to chicken, beef, fish and tofu! It also keeps for one month refrigerated!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp fresh, chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients. Use to marinade chicken, beef, fish, or tofu!
