High in fiber and protein, our Asian salad is an easy recipe to prepare. Cabbage adds fiber you won’t get from lettuce, and the ginger sesame dressing gives it an Eastern flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 head Savoy cabbage, sliced
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 large summer squash, chopped
- 1 cup edamame, steamed
- 1 cup low fat ginger sesame salad dressing
Directions

- Add all ingredients together and top with dressing. Serve and enjoy.
