Strawberry Melon Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup calcium fortified orange juice
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 bag (10 oz) frozen, unsweetened strawberries

Directions

  1. In a blender, purée orange juice and cantaloupe. Add yogurt and strawberries and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
