Quick Apple Dumplings Recipe

These sweet and crunchy apple dumplings taste like rich apple pie without the sugar, calories or fat! Serve them at your next brunch or as a scrumptious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can reduced fat crescent roll
  • 1 large granny smith apple, cut into eighths
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent rolls and place 1/8 apple on each piece of dough. Stretch the dough to cover well and pinch to seal ends. Place in 9 inch square pan. Add juice, water and cinnamon to the square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
