This study will use the NanoPulse Stimulation laser device to treat non-genital treat warts on the hands or fingers. Patients may have up to 2 treatments. After treatment patients will come in for follow-up visits at 7 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
Be between 21 and 70 years of age
Have a minimum of 2 common warts on the hands or fingers
Meet all other eligibility criteria
Have an implanted electronic device (e.g. automatic defibrillator, pacemaker, cochlear implants for hearing loss)
Have allergies to Lidocaine or Lidocaine-like products
Current treatments include freezing or chemicals and often do not provide good results. The NPS device delivers a timed series of very low thermal energy pulses under the skin and may be able to remove the wart without the need for surgery or other destructive methods.
