Learn mindful ways to cope with stress, pain and illness

This is an evidence-based, complementary therapy for a broad range of stress-related illnesses and chronic pain syndromes, as well as highly effective preventative treatment for stress.


MBSR is an 8-week program that meets on eight consecutive Tuesdays for 2.5 hours.
