Dr. Deising, who practices at Balboa Naval Medical Center where he treats many veterans and their dependents, is well known to and well respected by Scripps liver doctors with whom he regularly consults. For those dealing with liver disease, or with any chronic condition for that matter, time with Dr. Deising at the October support group, will be time well spent.
