Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

Preheat grill to medium heat.In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey. Add in minced garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika and stir together. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with mixture until evenly coated.Lightly coat grill grate with nonstick cooking spray. Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
