Christen Benke, DO

A family medicine specialist, Dr. Christen Benke’s osteopathic philosophy emphasizes whole patient-centered care and a gentle practice style. Fluent in Spanish and French, she offers a full-spectrum of primary care services, including complete adult and children’s physicals, minor office surgery and laceration repair, gynecology, exercise EKGs and PFTs, allergy testing and immunotherapy and osteopathic manipulation.

Dr. Benke is active with the American Academy of Family Physicians and the San Diego County Medical Society. She has a special interest in preventive health care, women’s health and general pediatrics.

Outside of work, she enjoys hobbies that take her outdoors, like hiking and swimming, as well as cooking and spending time with her family.
