Safely Returning Patients to the Community
With fewer available mental health resources available in recent years, more patients in the community require acute care for severe symptoms of mental illness. Management of these symptoms is necessary to help patients reintegrate into the community after inpatient treatment.
Scripps offers an outpatient acute care program that addresses the severity of each patient’s symptoms. Treatment plans are personalized to each individual’s particular needs.
