David Liu, MD

David Liu, MD, is an internist at Scripps Coastal Medical Center, Hillcrest.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, Dr. Liu earned a master’s degree in biological sciences, a doctorate in philosophy and a medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Scripps Clinic and Scripps Green Hospital.

Dr. Liu is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. He has authored numerous articles that have been published in peer-reviewed journals, and he has presented his research findings at several national meetings.
