Inclusion Criteria

Patients must:

  • Be 18 years or older with severe Tricuspid regurgitation as assessed by echocardiography
    Be symptomatic according to NYHA class II or higher
    Be at high risk for surgical tricuspid valve Surgery
    Meet all other eligibility criteria

Exclusion Criteria

Patients must not:

  • Have Systolic pulmonary artery pressure (sPAP) > 70 mmHg
    Have Severe uncontrolled hypertension Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) = 180 mmHg and/or Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP) = 110 mm Hg)
    Have Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF) =20%
    Be receiving Chronic Dialysis
    Have a Bleeding disorder

Additional Info

The TriClipTM device is an investigational device that designed to mimic surgical repair techniques by resembling the leaflets of the tricuspid valve. It is implanted through a non-invasive procedure that does not require open-heart surgery.
