Guilt Free Sweet Potato French Fries Recipe

Sweet potato french fries are low sodium, sweeter and healthier than deep fried french fries. These low calorie fries have less than one gram of fat per serving.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut sweet potatoes, with skins on, into french fry style sticks.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, making sure to coat all sweet potato fries in oil and seasoning.
  3. Place cooling rack on top of cookie sheet, spread potatoes in a single layer on top of cooling rack.
  4. Cook at 450 degrees for 40 minutes or until desired crispiness.
