Smoked Salmon Cracker Toppers Recipe

Serve this easy, no-cook smoked salmon appetizer before any dinner or as a cocktail party hors d’oeuvre. Three crackers have only 117 calories, but contain omega-3 fats and 6 grams of protein.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp fat free sour cream
  • 12 whole grain crackers
  • 12 slices of cucumber (1/8-inch thick)
  • 3 oz smoked salmon, sliced into bite-size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives or dill

Directions

  1. Evenly divide sour cream among crackers. Place cucumber slices on top of sour cream. Top with salmon pieces.
  2. Garnish with chopped chives. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
