Pizza Bagels Recipe

This whole grain pizza bagel recipe can double as a healthy snack for kids after school or a fun breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 ounce) whole grain bagel, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Italian style tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded, part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler or toaster over. Spread sauce and sprinkle oregano on each bagel half. Cover with shredded cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
