Try this salad for a change. Using pineapple, carrots and raisins make this salad colorful, but also perfect for summer. There are only 70 calories a serving, so go for seconds.
Ingredients

- 3 medium carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
Directions

- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours, covered, stirring occasionally. Serve chilled.
